Polished Personal Assistant for philanthropic couple in Santa Monica

We are looking for a polished, articulate, and sophisticated assistant for a philanthropic family. The office is located in a beautiful family home in Santa Monica Canyon, and is a wonderful place to work. We would love to find someone with a bachelor’s degree from a top university. Looking for someone excited to help run their household and their family foundation. Must be proficient on Mac, and have knowledge of word and excel programs. Responsibilities include phones, errands, organizing, filing, gifts, bookkeeping, expenses, booking travel, being the liaison with other staff, and small projects, supervise vendors, create inventory lists and other tracking sheets on word. We would love to find someone trustworthy and lovely who lives in West Los Angeles. The couple is extremely respectful and great to work for.
