Laguna Property Manager

Amazing couple seeks a local hands on property manager to oversee project management and general maintenance of three beautiful beachfront properties. Owners are in residence 25% of the time. Duties are running the systems, walking the properties, liaising with vendors, making hands-on repairs, maintaining high-end vehicles, running errands, caring for pets (when they are there), driving, stocking the home and more.
