Building Manager for Historical Commercial Property near Downtown LA

Thoughtful, detailed oriented Property Manager needed for a Historical building near Downtown LA. The property acts as a creative hub for Creative Production Offices, Restaurant and more. We are looking for someone who will be excited to take great care of the building and tenants. You will be the person that everyone goes to for their requests so you must be great at problem solving, multitasking and acting as a great concierge.

We would love someone who already has some property management skills or some commercial real estate knowledge. It would be great if you have some entertainment industry experience, or HNW private family estate experience – the person who will succeed best in the position is extremely detail oriented, thoughtful, resourceful and a great researcher. You are handy and tech savvy. You can replace light bulbs, coordinate with a General Contractor for a construction project, greet guests and put in place systems to make the building run more efficiently – including a maintenance manual.

Salary is DOE + benefits + paid time off.
