We are looking for an intelligent, thoughtful, tech savvy college graduate who has a big heart and loves getting to know people. A big part of the job will be keeping your boss on track and organized. You will also assistant with database management, organizational projects, coordinating board meetings for her philanthropic causes and more. This is mostly an Executive Assistant position, with room to grow in her company, but you should be happy to help do a personal thing or two when needed. If that means going to pick up a gift for a client or secure a dinner reservation at a hard to grab spot, you are up for the challenge. The goal is to keep her organized across all of her commitments!
The perfect person has 1-2 years of Executive Assistant experience. Fluency with all Apple products, experience with databases, the willingness to learn things you are not familiar with yet and must loves dogs! (There are some furry friends who come by the office.) If you also have interests in art, fashion, philanthropy, good food and giving back – it will be a perfect match. You are fluent with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, LinkedIn, and can even manage a Mailchimp account.
Long story short – you love learning, and supporting your boss while doing it! You will compensated with a generous salary, health insurance, and a fantastic vacation policy plus paid holidays and sick days.
