Family manager needed in Hancock Park

Wanted Family Manager
Seeking candidate with minimum 3 years of experience in managing medium scale estate. Candidate will manage family household, including supervising the operations of a home of 2 adults and 2 teenagers, as well as, supervising the use of family vacation/rental properties. Candidate will supervise and direct the work of home cleaning staff, lawn and pool maintenance personnel and other external vendors that may be called to the property for work services.
Candidate will work with parents as interface to school and activity groups to establish scheduling and light transport, to/from activities. Candidate will (under the direction of parents) assist in care and supervision of children when appropriate and/or needed.
Candidate should possess:
Great time management skills
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Experience in estate management and working with household vendors § Great communicator
Open and engaging personality
Hours range from 8-6 or some flexibility
Responsible for using your own car

2 teenage kids one off to college in August. The 13 year old will be part of your responsibility which would be driving him to and from baseball, as well as keeping the houses running.
