Flexible Fabulous and Fun Family Assistant Personal Assistant Needed for New Family in Town

Amazing family is moving to Southern California from Europe and is searching for an assistant, a jack-of-all trades, to help organize their lives and keep things moving smoothly. Mom, dad, two kids (ages 9 and 13) and a sweet little dog have lots of moving parts in their schedules and needs. Mom is a journalist and is very involved with her kids but she doesn’t have time to read every single e-mail from school! The perfect assistant will know just what to look for, be able to flag important dates, be on top of all of the kids needs and be an excellent communicator with everyone involved. This assistant needs to have a super positive attitude and be a team player. You’ll be responsible for ordering things for the family, figure out what the kids will need for school or extra curricular activities, buy tickets to shows and get the best seats, make dinner reservations and occasionally some travel. You’ll find fun activities and camps for the kids, help them pack for family travel and
be able to hang with the kids so mom and dad can go on a date.. or maybe out of town for a weekend! Did we mention you must love dogs too?

This assistant will calendar all their events and flag important dates when things come up. There will be errands to run and kids to drive around. This family is super cool and wants you to be too. Even keeled, thoughtful, efficient and kind – these are just some characteristics important to them. When you’re with the kids, this lovely couple want their assistant to be firm and clear but also pleasant and bubbly. Screens are a no no and the kids are super creative so it would be awesome if you are too!
