You must have at least 5+ years experience as a professional nanny, or teaching, be extremely flexible and willing to work long hours when needed, have high profile experience, and if you have a child development background that is an added bonus! You must be warm, compassionate, caring, and beyond dependable!  You should also be passport ready because you might need to hop on a private plane with a moments notice!
