Server Dinner Party

We are looking for an experienced Party Captain to help manage an 18 person Thanksgiving dinner. The food will have been cooked, but the lady of the house will need help re-heating, serving, pouring drinks and managing her two servers. The hours are 4:00pm to 9:00pm, Thanksgiving day.
