Temp Chef needed for High Profile Actor

Can you make a pot roast? Can you make comfort food like macaroni and cheese? We are looking for a simple delicious “mom’s cooking type of food”. Restaurant experience helpful as this house gets busy. Lunch is short orders for up to 15 people. Dinner served at 6 pm as a buffet for 15 people. If you can do Italian even better!
