Santa Monica Family looking for Big Sister type of nanny for their two toddlers

We are looking for a wonderful nanny Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. This is a young busy family with very busy careers. The children are active toddlers, so knowing a lot about child development is very important to the parents. Mom wants someone she can trust who has done this for years and years.
