Family friendly Assistant needed in the Palisades

Palisades family really needs a Personal assistant that is kid friendly. We want to find this family a Problem Solving Rock star. We want organized and easy and we want someone to help organize this family’s life. We need help with ordering , inventory, gifts and mostly scheduling. We have a ton of construction work happening.
You will be calling people and getting estimates. We want someone who is people savvy and has great taste and great judgment. Literally the only childcare is picking up the 7 year old and 11 year olds if needed. The kids are at two different schools. Currently there is a part time nanny who helps a lot with the kids. We need someone who is flexible to pick up the kids or someone who can delegate the housekeeper if the nanny can’t do the pick ups. We want you to manage this whole house !
