Boutique entertainment law firm in Santa Monica is looking for a cool and smart EA for its Managing Partner. Candidate will also support other attorneys as needed. The firm is big on working as a TEAM. This is a very fast-paced desk with a lot of heavy scheduling, phone calls, meetings and life management. Attention to detail and proper spelling and grammar are a MUST. We are looking for a self-starter who takes action and ownership without constant oversight. Discretion and confidentiality are required. We are looking for a solid team player who is committed to the job, brings his/her best energy to work on the daily, and gets along well with others. The office energy is happy and casual (Jeans! At a law firm!) and very supportive. The position pays in the $65 to $75k range DOE plus phenomenal benefits, including health insurance, dental/vision/life & 401k. There’s even an office dog!
