Encino based family looking for a chef to do drop offs 2x a week. They are vegan with two children (who are vegetarian and picky but do eat meat and dairy). The husband requires an oil free diet. They are also gluten free.
They are looking for someone to make the following for each drop (2-3 days of meals a drop).
1. oatmeal or some sort of hot breakfast bowl, protein balls/ bars for snacks throughout the day or if they are on the go. Juices or smoothie.
2. Lunches for the husband and wife.
3. Dinners for the whole family.
They are looking for someone to make Vegan food not boring. It doesn’t have to be over the top it just needs to taste good, be healthy, have variety and cater to their likes. Ideally, the food for the following day would be something that is better the next day when it is heated up or served.
Looking for someone who is flexible with their lifestyle. They are gone over spring break, winter holidays and over the summers so someone who has multiple clients probably fits what they are looking for more than someone who wants full time.
