Part Time Personal Assistant needed for wonderfully busy Palisades Family

We are looking for a super organized personal assistant who can manage 20-30 hours per week for this working Mom. We would also love to see that you can have a rapport with the teenage sons who are in and out of the house.

Mom needs help with a lot of scheduling, filling, travel itineraries, vendor management and more. The family has two teenagers in academically challenging schools and Mom works, (and is divorced) so it is busy! Ideally, you would also be willing to spend about 30 minutes daily remotely giving a schedule update.

We are hoping you have 3-5 years of professional Personal Assistant experience. They get along with well educated, culturally relevant and hip, interesting people.

$35-40/hour, DOE
