We have a super interesting high profile West side client who is looking to hire a second Chef. They family employs someone they love who is working too much. They really don’t have a job description per se. They are open to full-time options and would consider a ROTA schedule (perhaps one week on and one week off or something like that) and they’re also open to this being a part-time role. All they know for certain is that they need more help and they’re looking for the “right” person. The person they currently employ attended a top-notch culinary program and worked in renown restaurants as well as private settings so we’re looking for another Chef (to work with him) who has a similar background.
