We are working with a client in BH who needs a full-time Chef. The rough schedule is Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 8:00pm but there will be times you will be asked to come early, stay late or come in on a weekend. This job may also have some travel from time to time. There’s a large staff in the home and we’re told it’s a super fun positive crew so you should be someone who is happy to work in a bustling environment. Our client does not care for fancy food — she really likes comfort food so this is not a job for someone who wants to be super creative or formal day to day. There are two children in the house. You cook for the family (+ occasional friends & guests) and typically make extra for staff. Pay is in the $90-$100k range and there’s potential for health benefits. This is a position for a Chef who won’t get frazzled. Plans change a lot so you have to be used to doing nothing for a while only to find out in the late afternoon that six guests are coming for dinner. Remember though — the food is simple! This is a position for a Chef who likes to be on his/her toes. Applicants MUST have private estate experience and a culinary degree. Thank you!
