We are looking for an Executive Chef with American restaurant experience and high end clientele. The Executive Chef will make sure all of the dishes are being served on an efficient schedule, and work hard at identifying problems that arise in the kitchen. You will be responsible for all of the chefs, cooks and even the dishwashers. You will oversee the delivery of all food supplies in mornings, , prepare menus in the afternoon and supervise the kitchen during the busy hours. Please have experience with inspecting kitchen equipment and monitoring sanitation policies. You will be the leader of this amazing operation reporting only to the head restauranteur!
