Our jet-setting client needs a wonderful PA who can keep his life running smoothly, no matter the time zone! This is for a career PA who is very dedicated and is happy to base their hours on wherever their boss is in the world. When he’s abroad, you are able to work from home as he knows the hours are tricky otherwise.
The assistant coordinates all travel, meetings, takes dictation for emails, and ensures that contacts databases are updated. There are two nannies and two children that the assistant will also be coordinating travel for. Mr. has two planes and all travel is private. The hours of work when Mr. is in Los Angeles are from 10:30 am until 7:30-8:30pm generally. When Mr. travels the assistant must shift to work on his time zone for example this winter when he is in New Zealand the assistant will work from either 2pm – 10pm or 4pm – 12am depending on his schedule that day. When he is on the East Coast or in Europe the Assistant will work from 6 or 7am until 3 or 4pm.
The home office is in West Hollywood, ideally it would be someone who lives close by should he need them to do something afterhours or on the weekend. They should also be someone who works well independently as they work directly with Mr. and on their own. There is the opportunity if Mr. feels comfortable with you to be able to travel with him for long trips; for example summer in Switzerland and winter in New Zealand. If the assistant is asked to travel, you would live in the staff quarters of the home. While traveling, 2-3 meals a day are provided during the work week. While working in Los Angeles lunch is provided on work days. The job offers full benefits and 401k. We would like to find someone for around 100k.
