Part time Personal and Family Assistant needed in Santa Monica for a busy family of five

Very busy family of five is looking for a Personal and Executive Assistant. Mom is specifically looking for someone with private home experience assisting a family. This is a big wine and foodie family. Both parents are very educated and cultured. This person must have a rolodex with all the maitre d’s on speed dial! Bonus would be your knowledge of wines. Please be able to do excel spreadsheets for the family calendars for the 4 nannies, chef and 2 housekeepers. When the nanny is sick, you may be a pinch hitter for the 3 kids who are 5, 3 and 2 years old. We are specifically looking for someone interested in a flexible schedule with a positive and motivated attitude who works well in a busy household. It would be great if you are available ( with advance notice) for travel- such as getting their summer home in the Hamptons ready for their arrival. Family pays on the books.
