Amazing EM and FA Position in DC

This may be our most exciting job yet! INCREDIBLE high profile political family in DC is looking to RELOCATE a truly top-notch Residence Manager. The family is composed of a couple with two children. They own two homes that are merged together to create a phenomenal 40,000 square foot property. Duties are managing a household staff of approximately ten + 2 Chefs, coordinating with a large security team, managing and coordinating daily maintenance operations of various vendors & contractors, management of budgets & daily finances related to residence, overseeing various construction-related projects in addition to tutors/nannies/transportation & activities for two children, event management, and liaising with the embassy on various administrative issues & contracts. The job is paradoxical in that it requires the ability to flex between working in an intimate family home that also happens to be a large diplomatic residence. It goes without saying that trust, reliability and discretion are of the utmost importance. Compensation is in the ball park of $120,000 per year + housing, medical and other benefits, including HOUSING & transportation.
