Dream Job for the Best Family Assistant

Amazing & super creative family in Santa Monica is looking for a full-time Family Assistant for their three school-aged children. The hours are roughly 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required. Both parents run their own businesses and need a Family Assistant that is very organized. Most of your job as Family Assistant will be spent meeting vendors, dealing with construction and remodels, social and school calendars for 3 kids (including annual doctor appointments, etc. etc.) stocking the home, errands and shopping for the family and any and all things the parents are too busy to do. After 3 p.m., you will be with the 3 kids doing pick ups, drop off’ s, school activities and homework. There is a full time housekeeper in the home that helps with childcare and cleaning.
Applicants must have MIN. three -five years with one family (preferably local) experience as a full-time Nanny. Family is looking for a candidate with longevity in their positions. Mom is specifically looking for 3-5 years in EACH nanny job.
Family prefers a Native English speaker who is comfortable traveling with the family on school vacations or possibly staying with the kids when the parents travel. There will be many weeks over the summer when the family is out of town and you will only be working on home related projects. Wonderful salary DOE & benefits. There is a family car.
