Inspiring Entrepreneur client who built an beloved brand with a philanthropic heart seeks a right hand. This Executive Personal Assistant position requires 100% flexibility as the position works in a home office, corporate office (when it re-opens when deemed Covid safe,) and on location.
We are ONLY looking at applicants who have high profile exposure, 5-10+ years PA/EA experience and longevity in past positions with incredible references. Candidates MUST be tech savvy, organized and have incredible people skills. The schedule can be 24/7 and we need someone that is comfortable hopping to NYC for meetings for a week at the last minute. This position requires someone with an eye for detail, a passion for implementing systems and managing staff/vendors. The ideal personality is kind yet strong, who understands how to gracefully keep their CEO on time & on task with nothing slipping through the cracks. Your home base will be Austin, with frequent travel as needed for business meetings and family get aways.

This position is offering 120-150k, DOE plus full health, dental, vision insurance, generous PTO and holidays.
