Seeking Santa Monica House Manager — Family with two young children and a gorgeous new home in Santa Monica is looking for a FT House Manager. The Principals work full-time and would like to hand everything off to a trustworthy super organized (and experienced) House Manager who can manage the Housekeeper & Handyman, liaise and coordinate all family logistics with the two Nannies, deal with schedules & vendors, maintain organized systems, do errands, shop, run payroll & so much more. This is a hybrid HM/PA/FA role for a kid-friendly seasoned HM/PA/FA with a no job too small attitude who loooooovveesss to organize!! The home is about 5,500 square feet. Pay is in the $35/hour range OTB and schedule will be 40 hours per week, primarily M-F unless there’s an event (post Covid) or emergency need. We are only considering resumes with minimum three years recent/local experience as a family assistant/house manager/pa.
