Applicant should be a self-starter who understands service, and has excellent boundaries. Prior experience managing staff & vendors (negotiation skill-set) is a MUST. We are looking specifically for TECH SAVVY candidates who understand household mechanics such as smart home technology, complicated audio-visual water & solar systems, keyless entry & more. Candidates should also have excellent computer skills (Microsoft, Excel etc … ) as there’s a sizable EA component to this role. Interested parties should have the most up-to-date organization app, and should know how to catalog e-mails, file attachments and schedule-schedule-schedule. While we are at it — event planning skills are a plus! We are looking for a RESOURCEFUL candidate who knows how to formulate maintenance schedules and can identify, delegate & manage tasks independently while meeting deadlines. Our client seeks demonstrated LEADERSHIP and time-management capabilities.
