Tujunga PT Houseman Needed

We are looking for a Houseman 3 days a week to work for a kind couple with a property in Tujunga (3,000 square foot home + office + gym). The ideal schedule is Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Duties are scheduling maintenance people, dealing with the pool cover & pool equipment, the pond & putting green — overseeing the landscape staff, doing some painting, making small fixes and etc. The ideal candidate is a Jack of all trades with common sense who is handy and is willing to get his hands dirty.
