Malibu Houseman Opening Tuesday to Saturday

An exceptional family of five in Malibu is seeking an experienced, hands-on Houseman to join their long-term household team. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 6:30am to 3:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily upkeep and general household repairs
• Grounds and exterior maintenance, ensuring the property is always pristine
• Walking and caring for the family’s dogs
• Greeting guests and assisting with arrivals, events, or special occasions
• Setting up beach seating and umbrellas as needed

The position offers hourly pay up to $30 hour on payroll, commensurate with experience and fit, along with state-mandated sick leave (no additional benefits at this time).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of prior Houseman or Estate Maintenance experience
• Strong references from private households
• Clean background check
