Fabulous Assistant House manager

We are looking for an experienced Family Assistant, or personal assistant or house manager – not sure what you want to call this hybrid job!!!

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years recent full time experience working in a high profile home – OR have a Hospitality background. We would love someone who has run a 5 star hotel, and understands the service industry. When the family is in town, they like to host parties and dinners. You will be overseeing a staff of 5 housekeepers and other vendors needed to keep this gorgeous estate in tip top shape!

We are looking for a polished, elegant candidate who can keep the home running year round. The client loves people who have an eye for style, and focus on attention to detail.

You should be able to thrive in a fast paced environment.

Schedule is M-F, 9-6p with flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed – especially in the summer!!!

Must have college degree.
