We are looking for a full time Professional Personal Assistant for a Tech Start Up. This is an amazing opportunity for someone with 3-5 years full time experience working in a busy fast paced environment as a PA.
You should have excellent communication skills, be savvy with MS office, Google Docs and Excel. You will share an Excel spreadsheet with your boss so a strong knowledge of Excel is key!
You will work from the office and support a principal who travels often. You should feel comfortable working for someone that you may not have day to day face time with. You should always be two steps ahead, and be able to think outside the box. We need a true problem solver, who can handle planning a dinner party in the country one day, and then help organize the household pantry the next day!
College degree is required. Must live in proper Manhattan and have a deep understanding of the city.
Salary DOE $70-$90k plus medical benefits, and PTO plus all the fun perks of working for a start up like free catered lunches and fully stocked pantries!
