We are looking for a professional Private Chef to cook dinners Monday through Friday for 2-3 people.
The client is Pesceterian – there is no meat in the home, including no shellfish – everything is organic. The client is formal and you will be doing formal service for three course plated meals each night. The client loves a good martini, so you should be comfortable mixing drinks.
You should know how to set a formal table and do formal service.
Although this is a formal home, it is also a FUN home – they do Pizza Fridays!
You will be responsible for keeping inventory, as well as managing the kitchen. There is an Estate Manager who will collect your receipts and will work with you on Budgets.
Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years full time experience working as a private chef. Experience working in High End restaurants on the Peninsula like Manresa or Village Pub is also ideal!
Schedule is M-F, 2/3p-9p. Appetizers are served at 6p, dinner service starts at 7p.
