We are searching the world for the ultimate professional to oversee different properties across the country, as well as act as the Head Manager to the staff of each specific property. We are looking for someone who has years of overseeing large, high end estates and has a skill set that can oversee construction to keeping the homes running smoothly (from managing the staff, to catering to the principals, to dealing with vendors and on and on!) The estates are spread out throughout the country and are in different states of construction. Each estate has a manager, and is fully staffed, but the principle is looking for someone to oversee the budgets and try to make sense of the operation. Ideal candidate will have a background in estate management, strategic planning, project management, construction oversight and the the ULTIMATE Chief of Staff. You needn’t be an accountant, but you should have a good sense of budgeting. Staff problems should be solved with minimal consultation from your principal- your job is to act as the point of contact for all issues that may arise.

Salary is DOE, $300k -$400k plus generous benefit package (Everything is negotiable including relocation and housing.)
