Our client with gorgeous offices in the Presidio is looking for a highly organized and versatile candidate to join their team as Receptionist/Office Manager. The Receptionist/Office Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day office activities, including the reception area, mail, office purchasing, and facilities support. This is a full-time position located at company headquarters in San Francisco, CA.
Responsible for office day-to-day office operations, manage the reception area to ensure effective communication with all callers, visitors, and building security, maintain kitchen area on a daily basis, arrange incoming and outgoing mail, purchase office supplies and other office needs, coordinate with office vendors & participate in miscellaneous projects as assigned.
