We are looking for a seasoned chef that understands discretion and can be incredibly flexible for an athlete for the upcoming season starting in April. You will work hand in hand with the nutritionist to create healthy meals. You should love to cook various meats, as the meals will be protein driven. If you have a flexible schedule, this is an amazing opportunity to work with one with an incredibly talented athlete who is one of the most interesting people you will ever meet. You will cook lunch and dinner as well as stock the fridge for snacks. One week you might cook four days and another week could be six days – your schedule will be based around the athlete’s travel and game schedule. If you are able to run some general errands in between lunch and dinner prep that would be wonderful. Lunch is served around 2pm and dinner around 10pm. This will be a position that starts in April and ends sometime in October depending on how the season goes. We are hoping that you have lived in Miami and know the area well.
