Family Assistant needed in Encino for the BEST Family

Busy family needs help! It is to support a family with one teenager, three dogs and two working parents. Now that their teenager is older, their needs have changed and the job has morphed.

We would love a former nanny with family assistant experience who lives in the valley. The ideal person is hyper organized but has a laid back personality, when you’re stressed, no one can tell! You will be in charge of picking up the teen from school, driving to after-school activities, making sure homework gets done, and cooking a simple healthy meal as the parents will usually be out working. The family assistant portion of the position involves running errands, managing a family calendar and keeping their home running smoothly including coordinating with vendors. You should have wonderful computer skills, be tech savvy (able to sync apple phones, etc.) and have great research skills.

This is for someone who can be super flexible with their schedule, as some late nights are needed when the parents are out for a work event. Most Mondays and Tuesdays will be about 11am-5pm and Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays will be longer days, about 11am-8pm. You will be guaranteed 40 hours/week but please be able to stay late Wednesday-Friday as those are the nights the parents need coverage.

We adore this family and are looking for a special person to join them! You must have at least 3-5+ years as a family assistant, ideally a college degree, a wonderful attitude, and truly have the love of taking care of a family. It would be great if you have a love for the arts, as the teenager is really passionate about dance.
