There is a live-in Housekeeper Tues-Sat, a full-time Nanny, and a cleaning crew that comes every other week so the home is well maintained. A single client in Beverly Hills is seeking a third housekeeper to join their team. The home is just under 30,000 sf, and as such are seeking a top notch, seasoned professional, who knows all of the ins and outs of how to keep an estate clean, tidy, organized, and running efficiently. Although this is a large home, only certain areas are used regularly (approximately 4-5 rooms).

MUST have experience working in a high end home, preferably for a HNW principal. A no task is too big or small attitude is of the utmost importance — no drama, no gossip — only true team players with positive energy and good presentation will be considered. The principal appreciates their home being maintained at a 5-star level — must have a keen eye for detail and a true understanding of how to care for a high end estate.

The ideal candidate is an Executive – level housekeeper who enjoys being of service, truly loves their job, takes pride in their work, and leaves no stone unturned. MUST enjoy cooking and be comfortable in the kitchen. The principal loves to cook and will need your assistance from time to time. Ideally you can prep meat, grill a steak, and know how to make a charcuterie spread!

We have a very kind client who has a second home in Malibu and is looking for Housekeeping to work one day every other week in Malibu. (Typically two times per month.) They prefer to have help come on a Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday after they’ve been in residence for the weekend. A super special client with a stunning Beverly Hills home is looking for a Housekeeper who can work Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 4:30pm plus Monday Tuesday and Wednesday from around 9:00am to 5:30pm. Candidates should be flexible to the Principal’s needs as they sometimes vary. No pets. No children. During the week, there is another Housekeeper on hand. It will be appreciated if you are comfortable doing some LIGHT cooking. Pay is $40 hour on payroll with paid time off (6 sick days, 10 accrued vacation days, federal holidays) and health insurance. We have a great family in the Palisades who needs a 3 day a week Housekeeper. The preferred schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Hours will always be guaranteed.
Duties include ironing and lots of laundry, organizing. It would be great if you have systems in place for keeping the house neat. The kids are 3.5, 5.5 and 16 years old. Family will pay $40 per hour and you will have guaranteed hours if the family travels as there is always things to clean or organize. You will be paid holidays off and have some vacation.
