Personal Assistant for Animal Activist in Pacific Palisades

Refined personal assistant needed to keep this animal activist’s life running smoothly. Please have at least 4+ years of professional personal assistant experience in Los Angeles with wonderful references. It is important that you have an established network of vendors and contacts in the city. You should be a college graduate, tech savvy, fluent in all MAC products and be an expert with all of Microsoft Suite. Having knowledge of running social media accounts and using WordPress to update blog posts is necessary. Please love dogs as there a few furry friends running around the home. The schedule will typically be Monday-Friday from 10am-6pm and some days you might work remotely so a strong work ethic is a must. The ideal person is calm, professional, and resourceful, takes initiative and is a team player with integrity. You will be doing everything from scheduling appointments to picking up dry cleaning to social correspondence to planning and coordinating events and walking the dogs. Ideally, you can speak Spanish. The position is offering $30-35/hour, DOE.
