Estate Manager Needed for High Tech Gorgeous Estate in Pacific Heights

Our generous client is looking for a 5 star butler, or hotel manager that has worked at least 4 years in a luxury home or hotel. . This busy family has built a state of the art home with the newest and most high tech systems. This is honestly the position that you have been waiting for. You will be responsible for hiring and managing a staff of approximately 5-10 people. You should be able to train, evaluate, lead, motivate and coach your team to provide the best level of service, comparable to a 5 star hotel. The family loves to entertain, so event management along with having a beautiful eye for detail, is a very important aspect of this job. Communication is also key including reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language is important as you will be conversing with dignitaries and other High Profile people on a daily basis.
If your service standards are beyond reproach, you have an eye for detail, your style and demeanor are constantly spoken about we want to meet you! Flexibility is important (especially for being available to work on weekends and evening for events held at the Estate), although the principal respects that you have a life outside of your job. This position offers a very competitive salary as well as a good benefit package.
Salary DOE, $150,000+
