E Side House Manager Wanted

Family of five seeks house manager to help maintain property, coordinate schedules, oversee improvements and help with meal planning, educational and shopping needs. The family includes two working parents and three amazing school-aged children in a one-acre historic property in the Los Feliz area. The manager will oversee the upkeep of the home and grounds, working with gardeners and housekeepers and arranging smooth operation and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electric, phone, IT and security systems, along with solar panels, pool, fountain and jacuzzi equipment. The manager will also help organize household storage, sort household possessions, plan family events, arrange appointments, run errands, make travel plans, create menu plans and help make medical and tutoring appointments. The ideal applicant is an organized problem solver, independent and self sufficient and excited about helping a dynamic and creative family. Position is primarily Monday – Friday and is full time and possibly more! Pay is in the $75k range with paid sick days, holidays and two weeks vacation plus HEALTH BENEFITS.
