Awesome Family Assistant needed in Malibu

Our very special client is looking for a fantastically organized and energetic family assistant! Please have a combination background of family assistant/nanny/personal assistant as this role does a bit of everything. The perfect person lives on the Westside, has 2-3 years of experience, and exposure with high profile cliental. You love dogs, appreciate health/wellness and are naturally a self-starter! You should love working on a close knit team and enjoy figuring out how to make a family more efficient. It would be great if you have traveled before or been on tour in a professional capacity. You are comfortable knowing the schedule can change but you will always be working at least 40 hours/week.
Responsibilities include: communication with the Family Team (EAs, Nannies, Housekeeper, Dog Walker, Business Manager, etc.,) Manage Nanny Team, purchase and maintain grocery list, Property Management (schedule all maintenance and repairs, confirm vendors, petty cash, purchase cleaning supplies, dry cleaning, mail,) Interface with Parents requests, Travel (assist with itineraries, packing/unpacking, luggage inventory, plan children’s activities for road,) Cars (wash, service, gas, registration,) Children’s Education (create monthly reports and research activities/tutors/etc.,) Dogs (communicate with the Dog Walker, purchase food, RXs)
· $26.50/hour + Overtime
· Guaranteed min. of 40 hours per week
· Payment for off-duty travel hours at 50% of hourly rate
· Paid Holidays – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
· 1 additional floating holiday to use at the employee’s discretion
· 3 sick days
· 5 days of vacation after 6 months of employment
