Personal and Executive Assistant needed for Married Doctors in Palos Verdes

Personal/Executive Assistant needed for the home and life of two doctors. They have two children (boys, 9 & 12) who are at school all day that you will interact with.

Both adults are physician entrepreneurs, running their own practice(s) and in process of expanding to new/additional practice mgmt/ownership and medical commercial real estate. Also VERY integrated into kids activities and present in their lives.

The position will mostly be based out of the home, but you will also go to their offices on occasion and travel to San Francisco 1-2x per month with one of the Doctors. The schedule will be Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm. $35/hour, DOE + paid vacation, sick days and holidays. You must have a college degree and at least 5+ years of EA/PA experience.

-answer/make phone calls
-schedule and plan staff or personal meetings
-tech savvy and confident representing physicians on any platform (phone, email, social)
