Chicago Based Estate Manager

We are working with a Chicago-based family who own multiple properties in Illinois, California, Florida & New York. They seek an experienced Estate Manager/Chief of Staff to manage the properties, uniformly train staff in each location, create manuals and keep all processes streamlined. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, is flexible, can travel, holds a bachelor’s degree, has worked in a family business and has many (preferably 10) years of experience in multi-property estate management.
