Property manager needed to oversee home construction

Fabulous artistic couple needs a discerning pair of eyes to help finish a home construction in Topanga. It would be wonderful if you have a good sense of design. You might oversee the contractors, push to get things finished, find out where to fabricate a light fixture, research a new product for the house, keep a running track of the project etc….
This could end up to be a permanent job as there are many properties that need overseeing – a house in Big Sur, a property in NYC, an art gallery in LA.
Be ready to wear a lot of hats, and be the eyes and ears for the property owners.
30-35 an hour — up to 80k totally DOE
