chef needed for lovely buffet oct 5

Buffet of poached salmon and other assorted goodies is what this client would love. There will be 50 -60 people coming through the house. It would be fine if you prep at your home and do the platters at his home in Santa Monica. There will be a lot of help at the house. Please let us know if you are available or interested!
