Fabulous Sous Chef needed in Sun Valley Idaho

Fabulous Sun Valley Client seeking an experienced culinary candidate to assist the Executive Chef in preparing healthy meals. Ideal Candidate should possess strong cooking skills, must be self-reliant, clean-cut demeanor, attention to detail, and team player attitude. This is a personal, multiple home position and the employer travels frequently between properties and enjoys regular vacation travel. Working with the Executive Chef to maintain a clean kitchen throughout all locations and regularly organize refrigeration units and pantry. Stocking cleaning products and keeping a regular deep cleaning schedule for all kitchen related sections. Work with staff to occasionally contact and schedule vendor services within the properties. Travel for 1-2 weeks at a time between California, Idaho, and Florida. Travel will be shared between Executive Chef and Sous Chef. Flexible schedule for five-day work week with 2 possible consecutive days, to be determined in conjunction with the Executive Chef. Entertainment level cooking for small dinner parties and helping plan larger events on occasion with the Executive Chef. This is a salaried job between $90,000-$105,000, car allowance of $300/month, Benefits and an amazing professional clothing allowance of $1,000/yr.
