Looking for the best executive housekeeper in Aspen

We are helping an incredibly kind and generous family find a top notch executive housekeeper for their 10k sq foot home. They are in residence 6 weeks out of the year, so they really need someone who is an excellent self starter and can work with little direction. There is a property manager that you will report to and work with if there are any issues with the home (leaks, something is not working, etc). When the family is in residence, please be flexible to work the holidays they are there and on the weekends. They will be sure to give you time off in exchange for working a holiday or on the weekend. There are small children that come to visit, so please be kid friendly! They are looking for someone who has experience in homes that are not the primary residence. Please know how to create a daily, weekly, monthly cleaning schedule.
