Part Time Nanny Needed for Growing Family in Thousand Oaks

Flexible Schedule | Warm, Easygoing Household | Open to Full-Time for the Right Fit

We are working with a lovely family in Thousand Oaks who is preparing to welcome their third child in the coming weeks. With two little ones already at home (ages 2.5 and 1), and a wonderful full-time nanny in place, they’re now seeking an additional nanny to offer part-time support as they transition into life with three under three!

This role is ideal for a nurturing, experienced nanny who enjoys working with multiple young children and thrives in a collaborative environment. The family is hoping to find someone local to the Thousand Oaks area who brings a warm, can-do attitude and is happy to be a second set of hands—whether that means engaging the older children, helping with the baby, or preparing simple, healthy meals for the kids.

Proposed Schedule (with flexibility):

Monday: 8 AM – 4 PM
Wednesday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM

The family is flexible with days and times and will happily adjust the schedule for the right person. While the role is currently envisioned as part-time, they are open to exploring full-time if the need arises once the baby arrives and everyone settles into a new routine.
