One of our favorite clients is hiring! A dynamic, high-energy family of five is looking for a career nanny who brings structure, warmth, and a little bit of magic to everyday life. You’ll be the steady, trusted presence for three school-aged kids — keeping routines running smoothly, adventures well-planned, and chaos at a minimum. When the kids are in school, you’ll shift into family assistant mode: organizing, coordinating, and keeping the household humming alongside a seasoned household team. This isn’t your average nanny role. You’ll travel to the Caribbean and Europe, work within a fully staffed estate alongside a collaborative team of household professionals, and be genuinely valued as the expert you are. The family is looking for someone personable, warm, and outgoing — someone who can be silly and fun with the kids while remaining mindful of boundaries and knowing when to step in and when to step back. The ideal candidate has 3 plus years of professional childcare experience, thrives in structured high-expectation environments, and knows how to engage and support school-aged children with confidence and creativity. A bachelor’s degree, valid passport, and readiness for a two-year commitment are required. Local candidates are preferred, though those willing to relocate within three months are encouraged to apply — a moving stipend is provided to help with the transition. This family offers a compensation package equivalent to $150,000 plus annually, along with immediate medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, an annual discretionary bonus, paid holidays, relocation assistance, and a vehicle for professional use.
