$40–$45 hour DOE plus OT plus Health Stipend plus PTO

Travel-Ready | Twin Experience Preferred | Team-Oriented Household

A wonderful family on the Westside is seeking a full-time rotational nanny to join their household team and help care for their three children: a son entering 3rd grade and 4.5-year-old twins. The family employs two nannies who alternate schedules in a 4-days-on 4-days-off rotation. This rotation shifts forward weekly, meaning some weeks will include weekends and others will not (e.g., Week 1: Mon–Thurs, Week 2: Tues–Fri, Week 3: Wed–Sat, and so on).

This is a long-term opportunity for a seasoned, thoughtful nanny who thrives in a collaborative environment, brings positive energy to their work, and is confident juggling multiple children and the rhythm of a busy household.

Please note: candidates with experience supporting neurodiverse children or children with high IQs are the ideal. This background helps ensure a better alignment with caregivers who approach children as individuals, without rigid expectations. This is not a special needs role — just a helpful lens as you consider the fit.

Schedule:
• 4-days-on 4-days-off rotation
• Weekday hours: 11:30 am – 7:30 pm
• Weekend hours: 8:30 am – 7:30 pm
• Guaranteed 40 hours week

Key responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on care for three young children (with shared coverage from another nanny)
• Support with activity planning, play, and developmentally appropriate engagement
• Help keep the home tidy and organized during school hours
• Assist with travel prep and packing when needed
• Tag-team with parents and fellow nanny to ensure full, seamless coverage
• Occasional school pick-ups or drop-offs
• Be warm, communicative, grounded, and ready to jump into the daily flow

Travel to household notes:
• Must be travel-ready; the family travels approx. 10 times per year, including 2–3 international trips
• Large, friendly dog in the home — pet lovers only, please
• A full-time housekeeper is employed, but the nannies help with daily maintenance and general tidiness

Compensation to benefits:
• $40–$45 hour DOE (paid on payroll with overtime per CA law)
• Health insurance stipend
• Paid time off
• Overtime for hours worked over 40 per week

This is an ideal role for a professional nanny who:
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Has twin or sibling group experience
• Can bring calm, consistency, and creativity to a busy environment
• Is open-minded and adaptable when it comes to different parenting styles or child personalities
• Is excited to travel and able to pivot between structure and spontaneity with ease

If this sounds like the right fit for your experience and energy — we’d love to hear from you!
