Loveliest Single Gentleman Seeks White Glove Part-Time Housekeeper

Our wonderful client lives in a recently remodeled 1,700 sq. ft. townhome in Santa Monica and is seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented housekeeper with experience caring for high-end finishes and surfaces.
He has a small, non-shedding dog and is looking for help one day per week—ideally Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, though he’s open to other days for the right person. The preferred start time is 8:30 or 9:00 AM, with approximately 5 hours of work needed per visit.
He values someone who can take initiative, create smart systems, and keep things running smoothly. He typically pays via Zelle.
