Full Time Family Assistant Opening in Brentwood UPDATE

A wonderful, kind family in Brentwood is seeking a positive, proactive Family Assistant to join their happy household!

About the Family:

This active household includes two amazing girls (7 to 10) who are fun, sporty, and full of energy! The family values kindness, positivity, and teamwork, and they’re looking for someone who will bring that same energy into their home.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on support for after-school activities, ensuring the girls are where they need to be (safe, punctual driving is essential—clean driving record required).
• Stay organized and think ahead—whether it’s packing the right gear for soccer or remembering the mouth guards, snacks and sunblock!
• Engage the girls in fun, motivating activities when they’re home.
• Assist with light household tasks such as tidying, organizing, and occasional meal prep (Mom loves to cook, but an extra set of hands for meal prep would be appreciated).
• Occasionally stay later for date nights (up to 10 PM) and provide some Saturday coverage (about two Saturdays per month).
• Be comfortable around the family’s sweet Corgi!

Ideal Candidate:
• Fun, energetic, and positive with a “can-do” attitude.
• Proactive and organized—you anticipate needs before they come up.
• Has hobbies and interests of their own to share with the kiddos.
• Safe, responsible driver with a clean driving record.

Schedule:
• Typically 1pm to 6pm or 2pm to 7pm; 3-4 times per week — will guarantee 25-30 hours per week
• 1–2 evenings per week starting later and staying as late as 10 PM.
• Flexibility for occasional Tuesday–Saturday weeks (about two Saturdays a month).

Compensation to Benefits:
• $35 hour
• Health stipend
• Paid time off (PTO)
