Wonderful Brentwood Family seeking two flexible Nannies for their amazing school aged children

Wonderful LA family who spends summers in NY often, is looking for two nannies to cover their children’s busy schedules! The children are 9 to 12 – so it’s a busy after school schedule plus overnights needed.

The family would like to hire two nannies to work three 24 hour shifts ON, four 24 hour shifts OFF – AND – four 24 hour shifts ON, three 24 hour shifts OFF. The parents are busy, often needed to travel for work, so they need overnight coverage. The children sleep through the night, it’s more about having a reliable, kind, adult in the home.

They value creativity, kindness, and a playful spirit, and we’re excited to welcome nannies into their home who share their passion for family and adventure. You’ll be joining a wonderful household staff and be thrust into the busy West LA lifestyle of these children. It would be great if you have worked in Brentwood before and are familiar with the lifestyle.

Job Responsibilities

– **Childcare:** Provide attentive and loving care for our children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
– **Daily Activities:** Engage the children in fun and educational activities, including arts and crafts, outdoor play, and imaginative games.
– **School Projects:** Assist with school projects and homework, encouraging a love for learning and exploration.
– **Cooking:** Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children, accommodating any dietary restrictions or preferences.
– **Travel:** Accompany the family on trips, providing care and support during travel, including planning fun activities and ensuring a smooth experience.
– **Sleepover Care:** Provide overnight care when needed, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for the children.
– **Household Support:** Organizing closets, toys and supplies.

**Qualifications:**
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to plan engaging activities and support educational growth.
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
– First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
– Flexibility to accommodate the family’s schedule, including travel and overnight stays.
